The Isle of Man Poetry Society (IMPS) was established in 2000. It holds events throughout the year at galleries and public places promoting Poetry on the Isle of Man. It also hosts Poetry & Pints, which is an informal get together on a regular basis for anyone interested in poetry, not just members.
There is a thriving community of poetically skilled people writing poetry on the Island today. Come and join in with this friendly community!

Inspiration is what drives all artists to produce their finest work.
By sharing our poetic experiences we can help each other to a better understanding of poetry and it's purpose in society. Perhaps even draw on each others experiences to enhance and improve our crafting of words into art.
